Delete your Rally account

You can permanently delete your Rally account — and the personal data tied to it — at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Rally app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Read what happens, tick “I understand”, then tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app installed or can’t sign in, email support@rallypickup.com from the address on your account with the subject line “Delete my account.” We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What happens when your account is deleted

• Upcoming games you host are cancelled and every player is fully refunded.
• Your upcoming card payments (joined games and prepaid waitlist spots) are refunded to your card in full.
• Your Rally credit balance and any pending host payouts are forfeited.
• Your profile, bookings, ratings, and history are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

What data is deleted, and what we keep

Deleting your account removes the personal data associated with it — your name, email address, profile photo, account and booking history, ratings, and location preferences.

We delete this data within 30 days of your request. We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it — for example, transaction and payment records needed for tax, accounting, and financial-compliance purposes — and only for as long as required. Retained records are kept secure and are not used to re-create your profile.
